One specific situation that stood out to us was the faulty gas boiler. Upon arrival, we discovered that it wasn't working and the late-night engineer who came to check on it had to condemn it due to safety concerns.

The location and size of the property were perfect for our weekend plans. The beds were super comfy and we had all the facilities we needed, like wi-fi, an off-site car park, an electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, a flat-screen TV. The VIP check-in/out experience was smooth, and it was great that pets were allowed. Plus, the property was in a quiet and nice neighborhood, which added to the cozy and homey feel. Best of all, there was no smoking on-site. our stay was mind-blowing and we were very satisfied.

We had 2 bathrooms, which was really convenient for a larger group. The apartment had free toiletries in the bathrooms, a nice touch! The presence of a washing machine was really helpful during our stay. The apartment also had an electric kettle, making it easier to prepare hot beverages. We appreciated the inclusion of a microwave in the apartment.
